Quick answers about tickets, support, and account access.

  • Open My Tickets to view active and past purchases. If you are signed into a different account, switch to the email used at checkout.

  • Yes. Eligible tickets can be transferred from the ticket details screen. The recipient receives a transfer invite and must accept it to claim the ticket.

  • Refund availability depends on event policy and ticket status. For eligible cases, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Seller Dashboard appears only for organiser accounts. If your role should include seller access, contact support with your user ID and event details.

  • Those links show only when your account has assigned artist or staff events. Once assignments are active, the links appear automatically.

  • Use the support card on this page or email support@agoraevents.co.uk. Include your account email and event ID for faster help.
