Scope and acceptance

By accessing or using Agora Events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced in them.

If you use ticket purchase features, additional attendee-specific terms and refund rules also apply at checkout.

Accounts and security

• •You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• •You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to secure the platform.
• •We may require identity or fraud checks where needed to protect users and payment flows.

Acceptable use

• •Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• •Do not interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass security controls.
• •Do not copy, scrape, or reuse content in a way that infringes rights or breaches applicable law.

Event listings and organiser responsibility

Event details, venue rules, and event-specific policies are primarily provided by organisers. Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for operating events lawfully.

Agora Events may remove or restrict listings that appear unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or in breach of platform rules.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Paid transactions are processed through payment providers and may be subject to provider verification, delays, or reversals.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable refund policy, event-specific terms, consumer law, and whether the attendee notified the organiser or platform within any stated time window.

Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, or legal compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain service reliability.

Liability and legal limits

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Agora Events is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from event organiser conduct, venue issues, or attendee non-attendance.

Suspension and termination

• •We may suspend or limit access where we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or security risk.
• •You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to any outstanding purchases or legal obligations.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The latest version and effective date will be shown on this page.
