Listing obligations
- Event details, pricing, and capacity must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You must disclose age restrictions, licensing requirements, and venue rules.
- You are responsible for ensuring local legal compliance for your event.

Payments and refunds
- Payouts are subject to payment provider onboarding and verification.
- Refunds initiated by organisers must comply with applicable law and platform policy.
- Cancelled events require organiser action to resolve attendee refunds before cancellation completion.

Content standards
- Listings must not be misleading, unlawful, or infringe third-party rights.
- Restricted goods, unlicensed activities, or prohibited promotions may be removed.
- Alcohol-related messaging must be lawful and not target minors.

Data handling
Attendee data shared through the platform may only be used for event operations, support, and lawful communications.
Marketing use requires a lawful basis and consent where required.
